By engaging the services of Latonya Chante Grant Writing Services ("the Company"), the client ("the Client") agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions. The Company provides professional grant writing services aimed at assisting the Client in securing funding for their projects. The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the grant application process. The Company commits to delivering high-quality work within the agreed-upon timeframe, but cannot guarantee funding approval, as this is at the discretion of the grant-making organization. All fees for services rendered are to be paid as outlined in the service agreement, and any additional costs incurred during the application process will be communicated to the Client beforehand. The Company retains the right to use the completed grant proposals in its portfolio for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change, and any modifications will be communicated to the Client. By proceeding with the services, the Client acknowledges their understanding and acceptance of these terms.
